• ID, Drivers Licence or Passport y Credit Card deposit (VISA o MasterCard)

• Read, fill and sign the contract

• In case you want the bikes be taken to your hotel we recommend print and sign previusly the contract.

Q: What is included in with the rental bike?
A: Rentals include helmet, pump, patch kit, minitools and extra tube.

Q: Any recommendation to ride in Cancun?
A: we strongly recommend you to wear short, tennis shoes, a dry fit shirt, and sunglasses. we also recommend you to drink a lot of water, remember that the heat and the humidity around are very tough inside the Jungle.

Q: Does MTB Cancun & Riviera Maya provide pedals and shoes?
A: Bicycles are available with flat pedals. Shoes are not available for rent, but for best results, bring your own pedals and shoes if you are interested in riding clipless.

Q: Can I specify the size of the bicycle I want?
A: We will do our best to give you the best fit on a bicycle that meets your needs, However, we have a lot of rentals, so we depend on availability.

Q: Can I reserve my bicycle over the internet?
A: You can e-mail us, but it is necessary to call us with your requierments when your here in Cancun, so we can agree the meeting point.

Q: I am a mess with orientation, can someone explain the ride to me before I leave?
A: We know perfect the City, we can help you with usefull tips. We will do our best to make sure you know the route before departure, no worries!
