Q: What is included on the tour price? A: Our tour includes: Bicycle, Helmet, pump, patch kit, minitools and extra tube, tour guides, entrace to cenotes, mayan ruins, lagoons, kayaks, rapel equipment and everithihg you like to do and comes with the plan. Q: What do I have to take? A: we strongly recomend you to bring your MTB gloves and your hydrobag, remember that the heat and the humidity around are very tough inside the Jungle. Q: Does the tour provide pedals and shoes? A: Bicycles are available with flat pedals. Shoes are not available for rent, but for best results, bring your own pedals and shoes if you are interested in riding clipless. Q: Can I specify the size of the bicycle I want? A: We will do our best to give you the best fit on a bicycle that meets your needs, However, we have a lot of rentals, so we depend on availability. Q: Do you have established trails for the tours? A: of course, we're taking you to the places we love to ride with the club, we can go to: Ek-Balam, Solferino, San Angel, Punta Laguna, Coba, Uxixibi, the cenotes route, Agua Azul, El Naranjal, Los Aluxes, Xel-ha, Nuevo-Xcan and many more places. Q: I'm an advance MTB rider, I have a lot od experiencie, are there trails for me? A: The Jungle is a challenge for avery kind of MTB riders, you just ask for the trail level you want to ride,and we will have the perfect place for you. Q: I am not an expert MTB rider, are there places for me? A: we have the specific trail for your level, it doesn't matter your a begginer or an expert, you'll have a great experience. Q: Will the tour guides will be with us every moment? A: Two guides will go for you, we know very well all the trails, is fun for us to ride, we love to ride and show people the incredible place we live in. Q: Does the tour includes meal and water? A: The tour doesn't include food, but after the ride will take you to the best local restaurants around. We will take cold bottled water don't worry about water. Q: Can I reserve my bicycle over the internet? A: You can e-mail us, but it is necessary to call us with your requierments when your here in Cancun, so we can agree the meeting point. Q: Where does MTB Cancun rides? A: We love to get in the jungle with our bikes, get to cenotes and have a swim, visiting little mayan villages,some times we ride around mayan ruins or we have the luck to see jungle animals, thet's why we look every weekend for diferent routes in the Yucatan peninsula, because we love to be amazed by this land.
